FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is Navraee jewellery made of?

Our pieces are built on a quality brass base and finished in gold, antique, dual-tone or oxidised plating, in the Jaipur karigari tradition — Rajwadi, Meenakari, Nagina and Polki work.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Keep pieces away from perfume, water and moisture. Wear them after your make-up and perfume have set, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after use, and store each piece in its own pouch or zip bag away from air.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free anywhere in India on orders above ₹500. Full details are on our Payment & Shipping Policy page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we accept international orders. Please contact us on WhatsApp for delivery timelines and charges to your country.

Can I return or exchange an order?

Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for the current terms and how to raise a request.
