Shipping policy
Navraee makes sure that delivered items are exactly as shown in the displayed pictures on the website. Size, color, weight, material and model image of majority items and other details are mentioned in the description box of respective items.
Payments
The payments on Navraee can be made using one of the following options
Paytm/ Direct bank transfers/ Card Payment / UPI / PayPal. Paypal will be 10% extra over and above the total order amount. Kindly mention your contact number as comment in the account transfers for us to trace the payment and confirm your order.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days or as communicated during the order placement. It takes minimum 3 days and maximum 10 days for order to get delivered after dispatch. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimatesLogistics Partner
We have tie-up with all leading logistics partners viz Delhivery, DTDC, Fedex, Bluedart, Aramex. The carrier is chosen basis the availability, pricing and serviceability in the required pincode. For remote locations not covered by private couriers or locations with certain restrictions, we use Indian Postal Services (for domestic shipments).
For International shipments, the shipping will be chargeable and rates vary depending on the country. The respective rates will be communicated while placing order for the same. Please contact support at +91-9650536800 before placing orders to be delivered on international addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All domestic orders are tax paid and no additional tax is to be paid by the customer. However, for International orders, Navraee will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (import duties, brokerages, tariffs, taxes, etc.).
